Tips for Online Rental
Here are some tips for getting your online rental to work better.

  • First, try reloading the web page, which often resolves simple glitches in the browser or plugin performance. Then make sure you don’t have any pages or tabs open that are running ad streams or constantly pinging Facebook, Twitter and other social networks in the background. This can create problems for applications like the video player.
  • Then, on the right side you should see a button displaying either HD, SD or LQ. Clicking this button will provide options to stream the video at the best possible quality for your connection.
  • Another solution may simply be watching in a different browser. If you do this, just click “Already Paid” when prompted to pay and then enter the access code that was emailed to you after purchase.
  • Alternatively, you can always click play, then pause and let the film pre-load for a while.
